Liverpool thrashed Tottenham 5-1 to clinch their second Premier League title and 20th English top-flight title in their history.
Arne Slot becomes the first Dutch manager to lift the Premier League, while his captain Virgil van Dijk will be the first player from the Netherlands to captain a titl-winning side on these shores. Slot is also one of the youngest managers to win the competition (46 years, 222 days)
