Victoria University announces soccer scouting trials to give full scholarships to students who have football talent

Victoria University has come out to help promote the sport by offering scholarships to soccer players. The university will on Saturday, March 13 hold soccer trials to scout talented students who will be given an opportunity to be admitted to pursue degrees on full scholarship.
“This trial will allow you to showcase your potential to our Pro coaches, who will assess and choose the best students for the University Soccer Team,” reads the notice in part.
Students who will be admitted will access fitness trainers, nutritionists, sport psychologists and top quality sports facilities. The trials will be conducted at Kampala Parents School starting 12pm.
